Furniture Assignment

The Brief: You are required to model and texture a set of five furniture assets using 3DS Max (2015) and Photoshop.

Working from the reference materials, model each asset with a poly budget of 150 polys per asset. You are afforded a 10% tolerance either side of this budget. Unwrap the UVs, making optimal use of the available UV space, ensuring that UV elements are intelligently stitched and texel resolutions are consistent. UVs must not overlap; nor may they exceed the 0-1 UV boundaries.
